What is going to happen to those that live and work near our border while Border Patrol is concentrated on those who march, robbing resources from already overrun, overworked agencies in rural areas? Making it even easier for them to cross. My question for you today, when did literally living in a war zone that is largely ignored by our "government", our people, and the This is my Hallmark Christmas movies watching shirt become acceptable for US citizens? It isn't strangers being terrorized. These people are your friends. What is it going to take to make YOUR personal safety and the safety of PEOPLE YOU KNOW, living 50, 75, 150 miles away from YOUR home, a priority?  Will it take loss life? Will we wait until innocent women and children are taken, sold, brutalized and murdered? Oh, wait, that's already happening every day. Guess those babies and girls lives don't matter.  Our lives are now less important than the lives of those entering our country illegally. Bringing drugs, rapists, murderers, human traffickers and pedophiles. All undocumented. I'll leave you with a thought to consider. When your child, or grandchild, your niece or nephew, your wife or girlfriend is taken, and raped and murdered or sold. Will it become a "real issue" for you then? Will you make your borders, borders that you are literally a 100 miles from and less, a priority then? Please Note: I will not tolerate disrespectful, hate fueled comments. I will delete any all that I may see. I doubt there will be any though. You're all my friends. We all care about other. Right?
