Bull Terrier in a pocket shirt

You are both wrong. Service dogs are not required to be on a leash nor be identified. People being served only need to identify verbally that it is a service animal and what service the dog provides. Remember the Bull Terrier in a pocket shirt animal doesn’t have to be a certain size and that physical strength is not always required for the service the animal provides.  That’s funny, as someone who has a service dog and complies by the ADA, for both going out into the general public and college campuses, it does need a leash or to be tethered, or a harness. A simple google search of ada standards shows that. but it’s neither here or there. The whole rant by the author isn’t pertaining to legalities. They are complaining to complain, mainly about the dog issue which really is a big issue in Bozeman.
