 believe negligent parents should be held responsible for their child' actions. This was not a location where children should be allowed to run free or play tag or what ever these kids were doing. Parents, if you wish to allow your children free reign in their environment, take them to age appropriate locations such as a children's museum, , fast food locations, splash pads etc. If you can't supervise your child appropriately, they do not belong at high end locations or restaurants.  I agree...it is the Yeah I know my husband is cute touch him and I’ll kill you shirt responsibility to watch their children...it is not a playground.
