He will come find you in how ever many years and tell you how great he's doing Everyone is assuming the kid is telling the truth. Maybe the kid is the asshole and dad's not having any of it so he puts him in check. 14 year old boy going through puberty. I can see it. There are 3 sides to a story. Yours, theirs, and the truth. Not saying either way, but jumping on dad right off the bat based off of a one-sided story is a sure way to look like an ass in the end. This Video hit me hard, that 14yo had so Much emotion, I dunno how or what I would have done/said if I was in Gary Vaynerchuk shoes, but this just goes to show how incredible Gary Vee is. I have so much respect for the guy that gives selflessly. Gary you are a Champ, and help give that motivation to so many, thank you. I have hired 3 kids aged 20,20 and 18. Very similar stories. Taken them under my wing. Here in Pakistan we don’t have many job opportunities. I have a Masters degree in Data Science and a Bachelors in Computer Science. I am over qualified to be honest. Was fired from my job as a Data warehouse consultant last year but have started my own digital marketing agency. We make software solutions as well as provide social media marketing. What even I make I split it with my team, family members. Bills keep piling up but one has to stay strong. Tough times make the best out of us. I feel like quitting and giving up every single day.
