Anime Spirited Streaks shirt

f bolting it down was the answer then every chair and table should be nailed to the Anime Spirited Streaks shirt because these kids were NOT being watched and were going to get in trouble...it is NOT the facility's fault..it's the mothers fault who was most likely on her phone instead of having her kid NOT climbing on a statue.  I see in the video the mom just sits on her butt letting the child run all over the place. It doesn't matter whether there were signs around the statue or not, the mother is most definitely negligent in watching the child. The parents definitely need to be held accountable for the child's actions! After the child knocks the statue down, the mother sits back down!! Good grief.
