We were very unsure if the information coming out of mainland China was accurate. Fact is since we know that inspectors, dont really inspect these restaurants. And all of their employees are from China, going on vacation and will go to work.

Perhaps if the world health organization had taken a more involved role initially and becoming a leader in information and reassurance and spot on management things might have been different .
