Second one is more debilitating and taking longer to heal. Take care of your brains, I say. This is a game MEN shouldn't even be playing based on research. As well as American football. Data has stated that 1 solid hit is equivalent to the average impact of a car collision. Women seem to be getting into rugby later in life than men. Boys are conditioned from a young age of how to go into contact, protect themselves and fall properly when hit. As the article states women are more likely to concussed hitting the ground or a knee whereas in men it's more head to head collisions. This sounds like bad tackling technique and not protecting themselves in contact.
