My mom was forced to sleep under the bush in a park with me at 19. Some tough times. She didn't give me up, she couldn't give me everything I needed as a child. But there's no way in hell id chose anything else. This is not love. Her parents didn't teach her responsibility thats all  Adoption is a gift of love. Its not a decision for everyone and saying its a lack of responsibility is completely ignorant. My children are both adopted, I have nothing but respect for their parents as well as anyone who chooses to parent. We should never look down on someone because they chose the Mickey Minnie Ears Doodle shirt they did. I was adopted. I have always looked at it as you are loved twice as much. Once by your biological parent who knew they couldn’t give you a good life or weren’t yet ready and two you are brought to a family who wants nothing more than to have a child. Adoption ain’t easy or cheap. I’m extremely lucky to be adopted to a wonderful mom and dad. Shame on anyone for commenting who doesn’t know what it’s like. This mother is a brave and not selfish but honest with the life and circumstances brought to her. Bravo! Love wins. So if you love him so much then why give him up so easily like a piece of material? Don't tell me she couldn't provide for the child or anything, I have seen poor single mothers struggle to take care of their kids and succeed so this is just insane. This child is the only part of your bf you are left with,why not treasure it.
