The service dog you are talking about clearly had history that could be traumatic. It’s obvious. And I agree there is no reason to coax a dog where they had history where they have been hurt. You train the dog on one that’s not moving. Because with enough training they would be comfortable to be on that’s moving not the other way around. Never have I seen a service dog like that. And if that’s a “service dog in training” that situation was handled completely wrong. All they are doing is enabling the bad behavior instead of helping them. And if you speak to majority of handlers they avoid it. It is a danger risk because of their paws. But a trained service dog can handle going on an escalator. It’s not recommended. It’s part of their training, because they need to prepare for their handlers disability regardless what it is.

I also ask them if they will 'have home delivery ' because I did not have a car and the shelter is over 1 hour away from this town ... They came here 'faster than the police' ! I suffered for 5 long months with them They were horrible  Pipi and poop all over the house , destroying any and everything from my reading glasses , cellular, remote control , shoes etc... You name it ? they will find a way to destroy it ! Barking 'nonstop' etc... My house looked like hit by a Tornado !!! It is a Miracle ! That I manage to 'educate them' They understand 3 Languages ! obey, go to a floor diaper , do not bark unless someone comes home and they do not touch anything at all ! They act so perfect now <3 I have no idea how old they are because ? This 2 Dogs have been taken to shelters several times! They are not sisters either ! I work from home so? after 5 months of 'insanity with them' this past 2 months I finally started to SEE changes and progress ... It took so much work, dedication, discipline etc... But? I finally did it Savannah Strader.

Some lose control when they're old. Personally I opt for diapers when they are old and can't hold it anymore. Like women, after giving birth, you're bladder isn't what it used to be. Sometimes you get a shelter dog that has had many litters. So don't judge. You don't know the back story of this dog.

So adorable how i wish i can have you and train.I've used to have one but he died of swallowing a bell.I train him to look after my son while taking a nap.He woked me up when my son cries.Just reminiscing. I'm guessing that thing sheds a lot judging by the Unicorn Jagermeister shirt grey seat it is on that has like 2" of white fur clinging to every bit of it. my cat was bought at a garage sale for $25, and she was loaded with fleas and also was not spayed.. The people had her in a rabbit hutch, would you believe. The woman didn't buy her, she was given to her by a customer. I took her to a groomer, then had her spayed and gave her all the love she deserved. She was very happy with my family and we with her. Cats are great, I've had many throughout the years, and all, but one was bought from a breeder, my Himalayan. All of my other cats were either strays or adopted from rescue organizations.
